1. Do not use my edits, textures, etc. Buy the ORIGINAL PRODUCT! The edits I make are specifically for me and not allowed for reuse (This includes (but is not limited to) pulling off any assets from my model (head, body, accessories, textures, scripts, etc.)
2. By agreeing to my TOS at checkout OR download you are purchasing a PERSONAL LICENSE. Meaning;
 - No uploading for your friends, girl/boyfriend, family; NOBODY BUT YOU.
 - No uploading as public or to other accounts. If you changed names on VrChat please send me a DM.
 - Not allowed to edit and resell/claim as your own; Editing the model itself for personal preferences is OK, but NO selling.
 - No Leaking. If you cannot afford to buy my model please DM me on Discord and we can discuss that further (I don't bite!).
- By agreeing to my TOS and/or downloading the avatar files you are subject to my TOS.
3. If you want to gift the model, fill out Gumroad's gift option upon checkout.
4. Message me if you are going to use this model for streaming purposes (emelee#2021).
5. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS; This is a digital product, as it would be highly unfair to request a refund if you cannot digitally return the product back.
